Mental, Physical and Emotional health is the need of the hour and the only way to cope, rather be above and take reigns of, our current lives dominated with distraction, technology, and other complexities.

A class for the Ladies Only! Beginners as well as practitioners are welcome. A beautiful community at ECO YOGA SANCTUARY invites you for a beginners Hatha at the studio, in The Village Mall, Jumeriah 1 every Friday 4.30pm! We have mats and towels and everything you need. Just come with a positive spirit to practise on the Mat!

We are not only conducting this community class to bring health-conscious people together but also a friendly way to break out of your shell and meet new people.
A donation of AED 5 or 10 is suggested, to cover the cost of permissions taken from DMCC. However, not mandatory.
A warm and open-hearted spirit is enough!

Join us for a Community Yoga and Meditation Class every Saturday at 6.30pm, in the INFORMAL LAWNS, outside Cluster P, JLT. There is ample RTA parking if you come from the back side of JLT.
All you need to bring is your Yoga Mat, a seeking spirit and warm heart!
