At the 28 March meeting, the members present voted to forego a normal meeting on 11 April and instead take part in a "Field Trip" to the Williamsburg Public Library to participate in the last Constitutional Conversation (for this school year) conducted by the William and Mary Law students. The topic of the conversation: "States Rights and Federalism."

As noted above, the Conversation begins at 6:30pm and ends at 8:00pm; it will be held in the Stryker Building which is across the parking lot from the library proper.

The W&M Law students present information interspersed with discussion questions.

DWS Executive Committee members note: we will conduct an informal "huddle" at 6:00 that night in the main library building.
