Looking to learn Yoruba? either at Beginners, Intermediate or Advance level?

Temi's Yoruba School is for you!
The aim of the lessons are to improve your confidence to effectively communicate in Yoruba with family and/or friends.

The course will be taught in English and Yoruba with coverage of speaking and listening and writing skills. Taught by a native speaker. Each class size is limited to a small group to allow for effective learning.

Level 1(Basic Beginners) Yoruba Class (Mondays) - Week 1 of 12. Adults

Level 1 (Basic Beginners) is for those new to the Yoruba language with hardly any exposure, and will not recognise the language if they heard it. For example, it suits a non Nigerian person or someone with a Yoruba partner.

The course runs for 12 weeks, 1.5 hours each week. Every Mondays from 7 to 8.30pm, UK time (starting 29th August 2022)

PLEASE NOTE - To secure a place, please make an advance payment of £18 for your first class.
Or take advantage of the Early Bird fee(£16/class), with an advance payment of the full course fee ahead of the 1st class.

Early Bird fee - Each session is £16.
*£192 to be paid in advance of 12 week course.

Standard fee - Each session is £18.
*£18 to be paid in advance of the 12 week course, and remaining balance of £198 by the end of the day of the first class.

Payments to secure your place should be made by 28th August. First come first served basis.

Level 4 (Advance) is for those that understand Yoruba and can speak it but not confidently. Who need more practise and want to be able to improve their fluency. No English will be spoken in this class.

The course runs for 12 weeks, 1.5 hours each week. Every Tuesdays from 7 to 8.30pm, UK time (starting 30th August 2022)

Please note: Face to face classes in Camberwell will not be running until further notice.

We have a short break every 12 weeks.
