What we’re about
This is a group for anyone interested in software development and wanting to discuss software development with other people in the industry. Whether you have personal projects, work projects, or just want to see what other people in the industry are doing, the goal of this group is to bring like-minded people together. I started this group because I saw there were over 50 people in this area interested in this topic. I am a software developer working in the .Net and JavaScript space and I really enjoy talking to other developers and getting different perspectives. I work for a large corporation, but there are only two developers in my office, so I don't get the free flow of ideas that developers in large software companies get. I would like to learn more about team development strategies, automated testing, and automated rollouts, and I often find that just talking through issues with friends who are also developers helps me fix problems in my code. I am hoping this group will build on those ideas.
