About the Meetup:

The definition of agile transformation is to transform an organisation into a mode that is flexible, collaborative, self-organising and fast-moving. Juhana will share his experiences and good practices in scaling Agile. His talk will include topics such as systems thinking, learning organisations, Large-Scale Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework.

After Juhana's talk we will have a panel discussion about truly Agile way of working in software development with Juhana Huotarinen and Jussi Riihelä.

About Juhana Huotarinen:
Juhana Huotarinen is an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master with almost 15 years of experience in the field. Juhana’s background is in software engineering, lately he has taken part in some of the biggest digitalisation endeavours in Finland including institutions such as Finnish Transport and Communication Agency, the Finnish State Treasury and National Board of Education.
