Hoi hikers,
Let's start/continue collecting stamps and kms on the Via Alpina. This time we start in the most famous town of the Swiss Riviera and finish over 2000m with an incredible view of the Lake Geneva and surroundings.
As a bonus, we will have a look of the famous narcissus fields too.

Note: This hike is not suitable for beginners.
How to get there:
Journey by public transport: ZH HB - Lausanne - MontreuxThe train (IC 5 to Lausanne) departs at 07:30 from ZH HB.
Journey by car: Use gps.Meeting point:
10:10 AM - Montreux train stationTrain back from Rochers de Naye: 16:12/17:12/18:12.
Hike:↔️ 16 km

⬇️ 130 m- The hike will last ca. 5-5,5 hours with a lot of viewpoints.
- The pace will be medium/fast with enough time to admire the landscape.
- Short(!) lunch break at Haut-de-Caux
- Good news for the knees: Almost no descent!
(Note: Total ascent/descent acc. to komoot: 1690/130 hm. Uploaded here: 1775/203 hm. Different apps calculate these data differently. At the end we will see, which was closer.)
Equipment:
- Proper hiking boots, poles, food, enough water, proper clothes acc. to the weather, sunscreen, good mood and fitness.
