Each session blends a short teaching with a guided meditation to bring awareness into The Four Energy Fields — Body, Emotion, Mind, and Spirit. As these fields come into harmony, the body softens, the heart opens, the mind quiets, and a deeper presence begins to emerge.

These gatherings are open to everyone. Whether you’re new to meditation or have practiced for years, you’re welcome here.

This session’s theme:
This meditation invites you to rest in the quiet space where imagination begins. As the mind softens and the body relaxes, images and sensations rise naturally, guiding you toward inner clarity. Rather than escaping reality, imagination here becomes a gentle bridge. It is a way of seeing new possibilities for healing and self-understanding. In this quiet, the heart remembers what wholeness feels like.
