Hi Everyone,
FAT FARM Fitness & Workout, 3 Week Intensive Training of Push Ups,
a Marathon Run to Rickets Glen, Leonard Harrison, Superior Times, Watkins Glen, and then Return to CT'
One Meal per day of KETO Chow, MCT oil, and Salmon Steaks that round out the day and night meals. Freshly Cracked Walnuts with the fiber rich shell is the desssert, yum.
Push Ups for all 3 weeks, Sit Ups for 2 of the weeks, and having Janna demonstrate the cracking WALNUTS with her ASSumptioin muscles for my first week of Getting Started Eating Diet Training.. Mmmm MMmm MMMmm.. Then its my time to CrackEM.
I hear that Kim Kardasion can crack Big Coconuts & Bowling Balls with her GIANT SIZE ASSumption muscles after a 4 week workout with JANNA.
