Starting from the Splash Pad at Waterfront Park in Clermont, we'll enjoy a short warm-up ride to the workout station. From there, we'll head out for a 1-2- hour bike ride and finish up at the Salt Shack for brunch and a Q&A so you can get answers to all of your health and fitness-related questions. Worried you might not be able to keep up? Don't be. Our rides and workouts are always tailored to the fitness level of the participants so bring your bike, water, and a helmet to start your weekend off right!
