A VERY valuable book is full of insights for those of us seeking simple, practical tips that help us move beyond anxiety, stress, and/or depression in the moment. Focusing on who I am instead of the mind is so satisfying. I am finding calmness and more joy in using this little book. I like that it is free of doctrine; it just helps bring me back to the center, every time. Now, I have to remember to practice this! I think that is really what this book is for.
Sometimes, I randomly choose a page, and it feels like precisely the message I need. Sometimes, I will check the table of contents to find what I am dealing with. The book can be read in multiple ways.
For me, these tips are always a light and a practical anchor – each one unique. They help me to see with new eyes wherever I am at the time.
I keep thinking this book would be a wonderful gift for anyone ready for more peace in their life! (Isn’t that almost all of us?) I will be ordering them for my friends! :)
