Itinerary and detail.
09.30 – 12.00 AM
Experience a peaceful journey into mindfulness at Wat Pathum Wanaram Ratchaworawihan, a remarkable temple located in the heart of Bangkok between two iconic shopping centers, Siam Paragon and CentralWorld.
Despite being surrounded by the vibrant energy of the city, the temple offers a rare atmosphere of calm and spiritual serenity. Participants will have the opportunity to walk mindfully and practice meditation at the beautiful “Suan Pa Sala Phra Ratchasattha,” a forest-like meditation garden filled with large, lush trees that gently shield the surrounding skyscrapers from view.
This tranquil environment creates the feeling of being deep within nature, making it an ideal place for Meditation practice, silent reflection, and inner peace.
