Healing the Sick and Raising the Dead - A Beginner's Guide

Have you been waiting for a Savior to show up?

How long have you been waiting?

10 years? 100 years? 1000 years? 2000?

How much longer do you intend to wait?

When Jesus resurrected, having fulfilled his own mission of healing the sick, raising the dead and overcoming the world through forgiveness, he says 'you were with him'.
(T-19.IV.B:6)

And yet if the perceptual delusion of space and time persists, along with a body, a personal identity and a fragmented world in which all 'living' things appear to suffer, sicken, wither and die, then what good is Jesus' resurrection to you?

Clearly there is still work to do.

The fact is, that you must carry out your own mission of saviorship - of healing the sick and raising the dead. You must enact your own divinely ecstatic ordeal of resurrection and take complete responsibility for the world you see, change your mind about the purpose and value it has for you, and become the light that dispels the darkness.

The wait is over.

The light has come.

It is not someone else..

..and indeed you were with Jesus in his overcoming of the world and are with him, as he is with you - offering his sure and perfectly dependable support always, even unto the end of time.
