You are invited to join in a holy instant as we explore the experience of the teachings of A Course in Miracles.

Fear arises in the mind as if from nowhere. It seems to inform and dictate every decision in times of upset and blocks the way to seeing clearly in the light of the Holy Spirit. As we learn to recognise the real cause of fear, we take responsibility, undo its source and return through forgiveness to the love of our Father.
