Ladies,
We have previously dined at sister venue "Don't tell Aunty ", in Surry Hills, and at Pinky-Ji, you can expect the same flamboyant decor, but add neon lighting, red velvet furniture, and a canopy of marigold garlands, to create a real buzzy atmosphere.
You can also expect the same authentic taste of India at Pinky Ji, where traditional flavours meet modern culinary artistry.
I have dined here twice and the food is superb.

We will be on the $75pp Banquet. Our plentiful menu will include chef's selection of street food, Tandoor, Curries, naan ,rice and a dessert. Something similar to:

• Balls of Happiness
• Kingfish Ceviche. Joggery Coconut. Finger lime. Papad
• Colonel Tso Cauliflower. Toasted Sesame. Chives
• Tandoor Chicken
• Thali, selection of curries, rice, naan(vegetarian/vegan option available)
• Pistachio Kulfi

Any dietary requirements can be catered for. Please let me know in advance.
