The rooftop package includes:

• Premium roving canapés
• 3-hour beverage package -White,Red,Bubbles, Beers
• Guaranteed views of the harbour

Your canapé menu includes:

• Vietnamese rice paper roll (gf, df, vg)
• Chilled oyster, with forvm shallot vinaigrette (gf, df)
• Heirloom tomato & burrata tartlet (v)
• Moroccan spiced lamb with minted yoghurt (gf)
• Tempura prawn with wasabi mayo (df)
• Smoked mozzarella croquette (v)
• Indian spiced chicken skewer with pickled tomato
• Prawn dumpling with soy sesame dressing (df)
• Wagyu sliders with tomato relish & truffle mayo
• Brown rice poke bowl with salmon & kingfish sashimi and wasabi mayo

Meeting Point : Ground Level 6:00pm or in line up on the Rooftop ready to grab the limited seating.
