What’s the Skinny on Fat? Let’s face it, Fat has had a bad rap. But yet, Is all fat bad or “fattening” ? The FDA just released a statement that foods like salmon and avocados are healthy foods while white bread and cereal with added sugar are not. A little slow with that revelation but…we knew it all along.
