Matching People to Careers Bias-Free

Traditional assessments used for recruitment are fraught with issues of inefficiency, and often serve to produce candidate pools which do not represent the general population. Such assessment tools provide low signal indicators of candidate potential. Furthermore, recruiting pipelines often introduce unconscious biases, which disproportionately affect underrepresented groups of people.

Pymetrics has developed a technology platform which leverages a richer set of features. Using neuroscience and machine learning, candidates may be surfaced with greater efficiency and with minimal bias.
