Would you like to encourage your child to develop healthy, life-long habits?
One of the best things we can do to keep our kids healthy is teach them how to get in the habit of exercising regularly. If you have a kindergartner or 1st grader (5, 6, or 7 year old) and are willing to walk 4 laps around a track with them, then you are perfect for this meetup. It's simple: the goal is to encourage our children to exercise through example.
