Welcome to ‘a mind for change: building a happier and healthier you’! Our mission is to create an empathetic, diverse, and inclusive community where we focus our attention on holistic well-being. Women-moderated, and with backgrounds as diverse as nutritional psychology, health & wellness coaching, and dance and cultural arts, we believe in everyone's ability to make their own individual positive changes in life. Join our unique and creative meetups for a calming spiritual experience or boost those endorphins by moving in new ways!
