Welcome to 'A Mindful Mid Life' For Women- This group is to support and motivate women from 40s, 50s and beyond, to live their best life NOW. 
We will do this through get togethers/socials, talks, events, workshops, a book club, a future website with lots of helpful info, blogs and articles, online sessions/education, a Facebook group and more.

This group is for women 40s - 60s who want to be mindful about how they live their midlife and beyond
Our goals are to really be present and mindful about how we spend our time and our energy, and to make sure we spend them in a positive and non stressful way, because life is short, and we do not get a 'do over'!
We will focus on supporting each other as we set goals for living positively, mindfully and in a healthy way, both mind and body    
We will have both meetings and a book club, which will be based on personal development, enlightenment, mindful living, positive goal setting and support 
We will spend time together supporting each other, sharing ideas, good book suggestions and other ways to live a healthy, active, fun and 'present' midlife now 
This will also be an opportunity to make new friends with liked minded women who have similar priorities and interests in life
*Note: We will be holding most of our meetings in downtown Toronto 
You do not have to be able to attend the meetings to join this group, as we will eventually be doing some online info events/speakers/workshops etc and are creating a website where you can connect with us and other members online as well - and get great info and inspiration for your goals of a mindful- mid life NOW
