Interested in going to the gym but rather go with a friend?
Join our gym meet up at Econofitness (828 Rue Sainte Catherine East)! This is an opportunity to overcome the daunting walk into the gym and workout with friends!
We will meet outside Econofitness at 7:50pm and go into the gym together at 8pm. You can come with your own workout plan or try new movements with the group! Individuals of all fitness levels are welcome (no gym experience required)
This meet up is for individuals who identify as women or non-binary.
Requirement: You must already have your own Econofitness membership. (Membership not provided)
