Meetup #1: How to Create Work-Life Balance for Leaders

All right, here we go! I am revitalizing this group and am kicking-off the first meetup session on March 10th in Santa Monica.

Some Background

Originally, this meetup group was the Project Management meetup group for L.A. and you might be a member from that time. Several of you know the founder of this group Tony Wong, CEO at Digital Onion and I work closely with him. The focus of this group with shift from Project Management to Leadership, Self-Management and Productivity. If you are a project manager yourself, you will definitely find the topics of the new group applicable for you. Coming from Project Management myself, I can speak from the challenges we have when stepping outside of the traditional role of a Project Manager and into the leader every team deprately needs to excel and be highly successful. So, join me on this new journey of meetups. I am dedicated in making sure you get something out of every session.
