Are you a reader looking for other lady friends to discuss books and create friendships? Look no further. A Novel Kind of Sisterhood will meet monthly to read all types of books. What does a member look like? A woman in her 20s-30s that is open minded, loves to read, and wants to discuss, well! Books! Our first pick, Blue Sisters by Coco Mellors, is a coming of age story. It focuses on a group of sisters that face death, addiction, and moving forward. Please note there may be graphic sex scenes in the book and possible mentions of sexual assault. PLEASE check all trigger warnings before deciding to join, even with my small description here. Our first meeting will be held at Patrick Heath Public Library in Boerne, TX. The room we meet in can only be reserved a week in advance, so more details to come. You do not have to be a member of the library to visit/ use the study rooms. Also, this meeting spot is not permanent, any suggestions for future meetings are welcome.
