The first "A Scrum Book" meetup
Details
At the first session, there will be a short crash course to Scrum patterns. Furthermore, we will discuss patterns 'Vision' and 'Value Stream' in a group(s) and share experiences how we have used or missed these patterns in projects. Anyone with some experience in Scrum and willing to learn more is welcome.
Participation is free and you do not need to buy the book. We will provide the patterns as pdf for those joining the session. There will be some time reserved for reading and re-reading the patterns so there is no requirement for having patterns "memorized" beforehand.
We will start the meeting at about half an hour past 6pm, and warm up to each other with a glass of wine.
The size of the meeting will be limited because of the venue. If there is enough demand (i.e. waiting list) another session can be arranged in June.
We will continue with the next 2-3 patterns in the next meetup which will probably be late August.
