What we’re about
What if we stopped trying to solve ourselves?
Healing by unthinking. There are times when reflection is too much. Let this be a pause, a place to breathe, cry, move, touch the earth, lie in the sun. Don’t solve yourself here. Just rest, that is healing.
An invitation to just be: not analyze, not strive, not fix.
Contemplation can become mental overwork, emotional spirals, existential fatigue. It’s time to find relief from all that thinking.
Even if it feels like rebelling against hyper-awareness culture, so be it. This is a countercultural haven, a place to recover from the demands of self-awareness itself.
Sensation, embodiment, intuitive presence. Without a template.
We share a preference for bodily, creative, or emotional experiences over intellectual ones. We lean toward somatic healing, art, play, or silence—not words, not analysis. A return to instinct, touch, rhythm, breath.
If you’re exhausted from the search for meaning, let’s pause. Let’s just exist—without needing to understand. This shelter is not anti-truth—it’s anti-exhaustion.
This space is for you if you are:
— Emotionally deep, but weary of being “deep” all the time
— Introspective, but ready to step out of your own mind to heal
— Sensitive to the limits of thought
— Possibly recovering from burnout, over-reflection, or spiritual fatigue
— Longing for a gentler, less cerebral path to wholeness—for yourself and others
— Discerning, and willing to question popular models of healing
Essence:
— A refuge from overthinking and inner pressure
— A space where healing is felt, not solved
— A soft rebellion against insight-obsession and self-diagnosis culture
— A non-verbal, non-intellectual sanctuary—for embodiment, emotion, and presence
— Permission to stop “becoming” and just be

How do we meet anxiety without getting lost in it?
Join us for a free outdoor workshop in Lietzensee Park, where psychotherapist Rainier Alexander will gently guide us through two practical, body-centered techniques to regulate anxiety and foster calm.
This is not about fixing yourself — it’s about support. Together, in nature, we’ll slow down and explore ways to care for our nervous systems with presence and ease.
