On Life with Beata - Talking about finding the meaning through mindfulness

Details
Mindfulness Gathering | Achtsamkeitstreffen
Does healing always mean that you have to work on yourself? What if presence is enough?
Join us for a gentle evening of stillness, connection, and quiet discovery in
nature. On Life is an invitation to pause: not to fix or analyse yourself, but to simply exist as you are, in good company.
About:
Set in the calming surroundings of Lietzensee Park, this outdoor circle offers a soft landing for anyone navigating mindfulness, Achtsamkeit, or just the longing to live more intentionally. We’ll gather to ground, breathe, listen, and share.
This is not a workshop, not therapy, but a counterbalance to inner pressure. Guided by a thoughtful facilitator, the evening will include a short meditation, a reflective talk on conscious living, and an open, heartfelt conversation held in an atmosphere of non-judgmental presence.
This is not about getting somewhere but about being here, together.
Event Flow:
18:30 - 19:00 Arrival & Grounding - Settle in, find your spot, and arrive gently.
19:00 - 19:20 Guided Meditation – A shared moment of stillness and breath to anchor ourselves in presence.
19:20 - 19:50 Reflective Talk – A short input on awareness, conscious living, or mindfulness practice.
19:50 - 20:30 Open Conversation – Space to reflect, share, ask questions, and connect

Whether you're emotionally deep but weary of being “deep”, or simply ready to step out of your own head for a moment, you’re welcome.
Let’s stop solving and start softening. Let’s just be — alive, aware, and together.
