Indoor Gathering | Honest Conversations | Healing & Growth
We all face challenges—stress, loss, loneliness, overwhelm—but we don’t have to go through them alone.

This circle is a safe, welcoming space to share real stories, exchange small but powerful “life hacks,” and discover together how we can meet everyday struggles with more clarity, compassion, and resilience.
Whether you’re in the middle of a difficult moment or have walked through pain and found ways to cope, your presence matters here. Sometimes a single sentence from someone else’s experience can shift our own.

🔥 Resilience — how we rebuild and keep going through difficulties
Resilience is the quiet courage that helps us get up one more time after life has knocked us down. It doesn’t always look like strength; often, it’s small steps, daily choices, or simply holding on until a new dawn comes. Sharing our stories of resilience reminds us that we are not alone in our struggles, and that within us lies a capacity to adapt, grow, and rise again.

What to Expect
🌱 Soft Landing — arrive, settle in, and ease into the space
💬 Open Sharing Circle — your story, your challenge, or what has helped you (share only if you wish)
🛠 Everyday Healing Hacks — tips, resources, or small daily rituals that bring relief
💗 Connection Time — break into smaller groups or pairs for deeper conversation if you’d like
🌅 Closing Moment — grounding together before we part

What to Bring

  • Paper & pen (for notes, reflections, or the exercise if the group is large)
  • Optional snacks to share — comfort food always welcome
  • An open heart, no matter what it’s carrying

💰 This event is tip-based — contribute what feels right for you (usually 5-10 EUR is enough).

đź•’ Agenda
(Please note that the agenda is more of a guideline, not a strict rule. As each circle is different, the flow differs as well.)
18:30 – 18:45 | Arrival & Grounding
Find your seat, get comfortable, and take a short grounding breath together.
18:45 – 19:45 | Sharing & Exchange
A gentle round of introductions for those who feel like speaking. Share a personal experience with everyday suffering and, if you can, what’s helped you navigate it. We’ll also swap small, practical practices that can make the day-to-day a little lighter.
If more than 8–10 people join, we’ll split into smaller groups and do a short guided reflection exercise.
19:45 – 20:00 | Insights & Optional Socialising
Open conversation on what stood out, resonated, or inspired you during the circle. Stay and chat if you’d like — no rush to leave.

important note: if the group is too big (more than 8-10 people), we would have to split and do a small exercise instead of the sharing circle. Thus, please take with you pens and papers (journals, etc).
