Sound Bath Meditation | Calm Space to Reconnect
Feeling overwhelmed, restless, or simply in need of a pause?
Join us for a gentle evening of meditation and sound — a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and share a peaceful moment with others.
This gathering is designed as a soft landing from the busyness of everyday life. Through guided meditation and a calming sound bath, we’ll create a quiet space where the mind can settle and the body can deeply relax.
Whether you meditate regularly or are completely new to it, you are warmly welcome.
What to Expect
🌱 Arrival & soft landing — arrive, find your spot, and settle in
🧘 Opening circle — short introduction and intention for the evening
🔔 Guided meditation & sound bath — 45 minutes of deep relaxation supported by soothing sounds
💬 Integration & connection — optional socialising, sharing reflections, or simply sitting together in calm
(Please note that the agenda is more of a guideline, not a strict rule. As each circle is different, the flow differs as well.)
What to Bring
• Comfortable clothes (make sure you are warm)
• Yoga mat, blanket, or meditation cushion (anything that helps you lie or sit comfortably)
• Water bottle (the location kindly provides tea)
• Optional: eye mask or something warm if you tend to get cold during meditation (also anything else you might need)
💰 This event is tip-based — contribute what feels right for you (usually 10-25 EUR is enough).

18:30 – 18:40 Arrival, Settling In
Find your spot, get comfortable, and slowly arrive.
18:40 – 19:00 Opening & Introduction
A short welcome, intention-setting, and gentle grounding to prepare for meditation.
19:00 – 19:45 Meditation & Sound Bath
A guided meditation accompanied by calming sound vibrations to support relaxation and inner stillness.
19:45 – 20:00+ Integration & Optional Socialising
We’ll slowly return from meditation and have space to share reflections, ask questions, or simply connect with others.
