ASP X UFC Gym Recovery Event

Come run with us. Everyone is invited; fast, slow, and everyone in between!

We will run a 3-mile route beginning and ending at the UFC Gym Huntington Beach.

Post-run, be prepared to pamper yourself with UFC's Recovery Center.
Recovery amenities include cryotherapy, massage beds, and Normatec compression. There is red light therapy called stim, which is a spot treatment.

You won't want to miss this event. Your body deserves a little recovery.
