For our second gathering, we are bringing a jar (mini glass) for each of you. πŸ«™ Over the afternoon, you can fill it with whatever feels right. There is no right way to fill a jar, and nothing in it needs to make sense to anyone but you. At the end, the jar is yours to take home. 🌿

Last time, some of you told us how good it felt to be honest and present together, and we would love to keep that going. This time we will let our hands do some of the noticing. Then we will come back together and share what ended up in our jars.

For those who would like to go a little deeper, we can reflect on our moods and how differently we all gathered and moved through the same place. Sharing is always optional. πŸ’›

If it's dry, we'll sit in the Meadows and gather little things from around us. If it's wet or cold, we'll head to a cafΓ© nearby. We'll post an update in the event comments on the morning of the event.
πŸŽ’ What to bring
πŸ‘œ A small bag or a big pocket to carry your jar home
πŸ§₯ Warm layers and something to sit on if we are outdoors
β˜• Some money for a drink if we end up at a cafΓ©
😊 A bit of curiosity and a lot of warmth
πŸ“ How to find us
We will meet at the Master Masons Memorial Pillars, 1 Lonsdale Terrace, Edinburgh EH3 9HN. These are the tall stone pillars at the west end of the Meadows.
