Hi, I’m Maya — I’m so glad you’re here. 🌟 I know how heavy it can feel when it seems like there’s nowhere to turn, and yet those are often the moments when support matters most. I’m a Registered Professional Counsellor, and I offer a caring, understanding space for anyone navigating anxiety, depression, loneliness, or low self-esteem. You don’t have to go through it alone — this is a place to be seen, heard, and supported.

✨ This is not therapy ✨ but an affordable, online community where you can connect, learn, and grow alongside others who are on the same journey. The group is designed to make support less daunting and more accessible — offering tools, conversation, and connection at a low cost.

In each session, we’ll focus on:

🌱 Body mindfulness – tuning in to your body and supporting it with care
💗 Compassion – cultivating kindness toward yourself and others
🌈 Self-acceptance – embracing your worth, wherever you are on your journey

Through this online support, you’ll have the chance to:

  • Connect one-on-one and in small group settings with others on the same journey
  • Participate in simple, guided exercises
  • Engage in authentic conversations in a safe, supportive environment
  • Experience guided meditations and grounding practices
