Guided Abundance Meditation

This is a guided Max Meditation that taps into the energy of the full moon where we will deeply relax and recharge while attuning our connection to the flow state of gratitude and abundance.
The Max Meditation is an effective technique for learning how to meditate while being suitable for all levels.
It was developed by the founder of the Modern Mystery School and is a fusion of ancient techniques that have been blended with NLP (neuro linguistic programming) to assist the meditator in attaining a relaxed alpha to theta brainwave state needed for meditation.Additionally, you will be meditating in a calming space set with energetic temple energy - this clears out a lot of the energetic chatter and facilitates deeper connection.
