This book presents alchemy as a symbolic system through the framework of Jungian psychology. It approaches alchemy as an early form of depth psychology, using symbolic imagery to process change and conflict in a way that allows for reorganization into coherent integration.

This reading will establish a foundation for understanding the symbolic language of alchemy.

Using this foundation, the group will be able to engage more deeply with more advanced material in future sessions.

During this meeting, we will cover Lecture 3 (Greek Alchemy) and Lecture 4 (Greek/Arabic Alchemy).
