Spring is finally here! Let's make the most out of the warmer weather and have a nice walk through the city and have some nice chats along the way 🚶☀️
Start and end point to the walk is the historic Morschpoort city gate, on the west side of the city centre, 8 minutes walk from Leiden Centraal. We will meet directly opposite La Plancha. The Morspoort parking garage is across the canal, and there is plenty of bike parking available besides the gate as well.
Dutch weather is very changeable, so in the event of (really) bad weather we will find a cosy pub or cafe where we can stop and stay dry 🔥☔ please bring appropriate clothing (and good wishes!) for the weather on the day.
And of course, at the end of the walk, we'll confirm in the group about the possibility of going to a pub or cafe for a drink, if we want to stay longer. ☕🍺
We'll aim to leave the meeting point ~15 minutes after the start time. If you arrive late, no worries, just let us know here in the Meetup app, or on the WhatsApp group (where we can also share live location).
