Get your week off to a good start with two hours of guided walking in attractive surroundings with pleasant company. The focus is very much on getting to know your fellow walkers, fresh air and gentle exercise.

On these Discover Bristol sessions Steve shares his extensive research on the history, geography, wildlife and geology of the city. There is also plenty of time to chat about interesting finds that we discover along the way.

Our walk starts with the origin story of Page Park and what it meant to the people of Staplehill. We will stroll over to Mangotsfield Village where we will explore some new stuff that we haven't covered before.

We will finish with coffee at the Bean Tree Cafe in Page Park.

This is a great opportunity to start your week with a bit of leg stretching and some tongue wagging along the way. Exercise, socialising and learning are three out of the five steps to mental wellbeing.
