Learning to be seen through Children's Fiction (Online)

Details

Kumo was a shy cloud who didn’t feel comfortable being visible. She hid herself into the margins, until one day when she had to learn to be seen. Isn't there a kumo inside each one of us?

"We are terrified to be noticed and dying to be seen." Mollie Kaye.
Here is a fascinating experiential workshop that uses a heart-warming children's story to explore themes of being seen and belonging in our world.

In our upcoming workshop, we allow ourselves to let go of the seriousness and overwhelm associated with adulthood by reading ‘Kumo, the Bashful Cloud.' This wonderful short story is simple yet replete with powerful therapeutic possibilities. We use this narrative to discuss and play around visibility, belonging, and the courage to share our true selves.

Whether you are a professional, healer, parent, educator, book-lover, or entrepreneur finding your brand on social media, this event will help rekindle the magic of becoming visible and singing your song again.

This session is designed for those who enjoy receiving wisdom and healing, playfully. As usual, it will be a safe, nurturing, and experiential space, with reflective exercises to help reconnect with the parts of ourselves that may have been lost or forgotten.

Key explorations:
🤍 The wisdom of being invisible as well as visible at different stages of life,
🤍 The power of being seen,
🤍 Why being visible can sometimes feel emotionally unsafe,
🤍 Learning how to recover your voice,
🤍 Incorporating children’s books into your daily self-care routine,
🤍 Connect with a community of like-minded individuals who value self-awareness, deep connections, healing, and evolution.
