As street photographers we wander, create beautiful images. Street photography is the freedom to notice and document the beauty around us. Sometimes that includes people. Sometimes it includes things designed by, maintained by, built by people. It always includes a unique vantage point which prompts a reconsideration of what we know to be true.

Street photography is a solitary art form. This group provides a unique opportunity for you to review your recent work and gain valuable feedback. It enables you to foster, enhance, inspire, learn new ways to create. Each week each attendee shares one image.

David will start the discussion focusing on one of the masters of street photography. He will present a different master every week. He will a present a basic overview of the artist and share images for discussion. This week we will look at the work of Alfred Stieglitz.

After that he will provide the opportunity for each attendee to share images. Typically each attendee shares 3 or 4 current images but there may be opportunity to share more, time permitting. This group is a safe artist zone. Each photographer, when sharing, asks for specific feedback. Each person who responds does so with empathy, constructively. The moderator maintains the right to do what is necessary to keep the conversation safe.
