MTARA monthly meeting

The MTARA holds monthly meetings at 7:30 PM on the third Friday of the month, from September through June, with the exception of December when a holiday party is held in lieu of the meeting.

Our meetings are open to everyone who may be interested in the guest speaker or in amateur radio. An amateur radio license is not required to come to our meetings or to join our club.

Driving Directions:
From Route 90 Mass Pike: Take Exit 6 (Springfield Rte 291. At the traffic Lights beyond the toll plaza, take a LEFT onto Rte 291. Take Exit 5A. Take a LEFT at the bottom of the ramp and proceed to the traffic light at the top of the hill (Friendly's Restaurant will be on your left). Turn RIGHT at this light onto Industry Ave. Proceed over the railroad tracks to the next traffic light, turn LEFT at this light onto Cottage St. Proceed approx 3/4 of a mile and the RED CROSS facility is on the LEFT. The driveway is just beyond the building. Pull around to the parking lot at the back of the building. The entrance is up the stairs near the loading dock.

From Rte 91: Gain access to Rt. 291 West and proceed to exit 5A . Stay to the right on the ramp and you will be on Page Blvd in the right lane. Take your first right at the lights onto Industry Ave. (On the corner you will see a "Friendly's Restaurant" to the left before the turn). Proceed over the railroad tracks to the set of lights. At the lights take a LEFT onto Cottage Street. Proceed on Cottage Street approximately 3/4 mile to the Red Cross building that will be located on the left. Take that left and proceed into the back parking lot.

If you miss the Red Cross building and see the "W. W. Grainger" building then you have gone too far.
