Southern Europe bike adventure

Details
Hey our big Southern Europe bike adventure is coming together, but we're still looking for 1-3 more people. I have 2 extra Bike Fridays available. As of our last round of changes it is Ed Wilkerson of Napa, Jessica Breznau of Seattle and I going. Let me know if you're interested and we'll round up gear and possibly help with the airfare. here is the daily itenary - we'll adjust it more as needed:
October 5
Arrive Munich 12:30 take airport bus to Freising
catch train to Passau
train runs at 13:48, 14:48 etc. each hour (costs 22-29 Euro)
arrive Passau 2 hours later - start riding at 16:00 and ride until 20:30?

Oct 7

Oct 8
Ride to Budapest 120 km = 75 miles

Costs - each person pays there own expenses, books their own flights, trains, ferries. Pays their food when they buy it, pays their hotel at check in. This is not a company putting on a fixed price but a bunch of people having a fun and fairly inexpensive trip.
my best guesses so far:
airfare SEA-MUC; SPU-SEA around $1200.
train rides about $350 per person total
lodging about $400 per person total.
Food - costs less than Seattle, but I can't really figure on how much you eat ;-)
