Rich Schwerdtfeger:
Rich Schwerdtfeger was the CTO for Accessibility at IBM and chairman of the board for Knowbility. He helped develop the first GUI screen reader for the IBM PC. Rich has led accessibility efforts on OS/2, Java, Windows (IAccessible2), Web 2.0 Accessibility (WAI-ARIA), and transcoding middleware for seniors.
Frances West:
IBM’s first Chief Accessibility Officer recognized for establishing IT accessibility standards, shaping government policies, and developing human-centric enterprise technology and solutions
Phill Jenkins:

He was appointed in 2008 by the President of the United States to the U.S. Access Board representing the public for 8 years as a board member of the federal agency ([access-board.gov](https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=http-3A__www.access-2Dboard.gov_&d=DwMGaQ&c=WO-RGvefibhHBZq3fL85hQ&r=cHtYDlYqIrOp3UN2qCP94Q4Hm4vxTYEgdNXtZ2EfGco&m=t4ZOuUGg6yUkc-X-gxt16V-vaHMLgQLRh8Q8nEOihdJm3rwufWdZvWZnWjPQpEj7&s=_PI6VqywlGDQzOFVE6Mje6P30QTzS9uXf7VyltG9uec&e=)) dedicated to accessible information and communications technology, Section 508, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and other legislation. Phill also sits on the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)’s Steering Council and was responsible for helping create the Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) in 1997.
