As part of their work at Designation, Nellie, Mary and Josh helped design the website for A11yChi’s Accessibility Camp Chicago 2018 (https://a11ycampchi.org).
As new designers with little to no experience with digital accessibility, they explored the inclusive design landscape with a particular focus on testing with screen reader users. They want to share their journey of ups and downs, practical tips, and how to jump into the unknown.
This talk is great for anyone who's curious or wanting to learn how to incorporate accessibility and inclusive design into their user experience (UX) research process and interviews.
