Intersectional disability and its importance in accessibility

Details
This event is hosted in partnership with The A11Y Global Collective Meetup (https://www.meetup.com/A11YCollective), presented by an A11yChi co-organizer Santina Croniser!
Description:
We all navigate the world as multifaceted individuals, regardless of race, gender identity, sexual orientation, or ability. Why doesn’t disability representation better reflect intersectionality and diversity? This discussion explores the ways disability disproportionately affects LGBTQAI+ and BIPOC communities. You’ll walk away with better awareness of the issues affecting marginalized communities as well as understanding why accessibility opens the path to digital inclusion.
