Accessibility workers and working conditions

Our field has gone through a lot of growing pains over the last few years. How exactly has this impacted us as practitioners, as well as people interested in the field? In this talk, Devon Persing will present her findings from an informal survey conducted in the summer of 2022. We'll talk about team roles, job scope, diversity, challenges, and ideals.
