Description
PAC NYC is a new performing arts venue in Lower Manhattan. In preparing for our opening, we had to build all of our digital platforms from scratch. While this was a unique and exciting opportunity to follow best practices in accessibility from the beginning, it did come with some challenges unique to startup environments. This talk covers our approach of iterative accessibility improvements through the whole design process, from the initial website vendor selection through launch and subsequent feature releases.
There will be time for your questions.
