While at NU, he has expanded services for students with disabilities, mental health concerns, and unmet basic needs. Ben Holland-Arlen is a product designer with 12+ years of experience spanning agencies, startups, consumer, and enterprise tech. At ServiceNow, he creates experiences that make work life easier for millions of employees worldwide. He thrives on solving complex problems—but not on hearing the phrase “This is how we do it because this is how it’s always been done.” Outside of work, he’s passionate about music, neurodiversity advocacy (as someone with ADHD and dyslexia), and experimenting in the kitchen. He lives in San Diego with his wife, son, and two dogs.
