Title: Inclusive Design & Social Media

Stacy Warner is an accessibility website specialist and adjunct lecturer at San Diego State University. She started her passion for UI/UX design and accessibility in the early 2000’s while attending a usability conference hosted by the Neilson Norman Group. Stacy also has a background in fine arts (photography and painting) which she frequently uses to approach projects with a creative perspective as well as ensuring their accessibility and usability.

Title: Awareness Labs and Everyday Accessibility

Jamie Herrera has been engaged with international disability rights professionally and academically for over 15 years. After coordinating programs at a disability nonprofit in Mexico, collaborating with the UN Committee on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and US State Department disability initiatives, in 2016 Jamie shifted from disability policy to digital accessibility. She works at Deque Systems as a Native Mobile Accessibility Consultant.

Title: Inclusive Design for Cognitive Disabilities

Ted Drake, Intuit's Accessibility and Inclusive Design Leader, shares what they've learned while resesarching inclusive design for Sickle Cell Disease, Long COVID, and Brain Fog. You'll learn about reducing cognitive load and steps to improve the experience for everyone.
