With over 25 years in the design industry, Michael Elgo is a seasoned professional now specializing in accessibility at ServiceNow, a leading Fortune 500 company. His experience includes championing accessibility and delivering inclusive digital workflows, along with sharing his expertise as a panelist speaker at UC Irvine's Department of Informatics.
Beyond his professional life, Michael is an outdoor enthusiast and foodie, always eager to discover new hiking trails, camping spots, and places to eat and drink.

Practical Lessons Learned From Designing Accessible Voting Systems
Andrew Bergeron has spent nearly a decade crafting strategic solutions in the field of civic technology. His experience ranges from modernizing voting systems for Los Angeles County to supporting the DHS Family Reunification Task Force. He is a public speaker, mentor, creative leader, and an unrelenting advocate for the voices who too often get overlooked in design decision-making. Currently, he is a Senior UX Designer at Coforma where he most recently worked with The Department of Veterans Affairs to improve veterans’ access to online forms.

How To Make More Accessible Powerpoint Decks
Emily Barbenza teaches as many people as she can how to design, code, and test inclusive software experiences that everyone can use. She recently launched a successful accessibility training program for software testers at ServiceNow, where she has been an advocate for inclusivity since 2012.
