This event is, as always, admission free.

This time, the venue will be at KINTO Technologies' event space, located near the Nihon-bashi Mitsukoshi (department store).

This event will be held in-person only, with no online streaming or recording available. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

### A11yTO Conference 2025 report

The A11yTokyo Meetup is a unique gathering to discuss "accessibility" across various genres, in a hybrid format of in-person and online broadcasts, primarily in Japanese and English, among other languages.

Although there will be no usual presentations this time, we plan to share experiences and memorable topics when an organizer attended the well-konown accessibility conference, "A11yTO Conference 2025," held in the Toronto, Canada on October 16-17.

We welcome questions from everyone.

## Captions

We are expecting a diverse range of audience from various different backgrounds and countries.
We provide real-time captions using the "UD Talk" app. It's possible to translate captions into multiple languages within the app.

Please bring your smartphone/laptop with you so that you can read captions on your web browser while MC is speaking Japanese.
