## [Super Important]

## Event Details

This event is, as always, admission free.

This time, the venue will be at KINTO Technologies' event space, located near the Nihombashi Mitsukoshi (department store).

## If you're interested in Accessibility or Inclusive design? This is it!

This time, we’re holding an in-person networking event with no online stream. It’s an event focused on networking, bringing together everyone working on “accessibility” and “inclusive design,” as well as anyone with an interest in these topics.

The A11y Tokyo Meetup staff, who are usually busy running the event at the venue, will finally have a chance to chat with everyone at a relaxed pace.

We’re also planning lightning talks (LTs) by the A11y Tokyo Meetup team members. The following four speakers will be giving talks (5-10 minutes for each):

  • Emi Moriya (KINTO Technologies) “Living Up to the Expectations of “Technical PR”—Even Though They Don't Know a Thing About Accessibility
  • Masato Horiguchi (Concent) “Web Accessibility Initiatives Within the Company
  • Remi Kobayashi (Adobe) "Accessibility Initiatives at Adobe"
  • Makoto Ueki (Infoaxia) “Behind the Scenes of Creating Guidelines (WCAG)

Note:
Please note that there are no vending machines at the venue, so please purchase any beverages (alcoholic drinks are not permitted) in advance and bring them with you.
We welcome questions from everyone.

## Captions

We are expecting a diverse range of audience from various different backgrounds and countries.
We provide real-time captions using the "UD Talk" app. It's possible to translate captions into multiple languages within the app.

Please bring your smartphone/laptop with you so that you can read captions on your web browser while MC and LT speakers are speaking Japanese.
