Social Media Managers, Marketing Professionals, and Customer Service Team Leaders are gathering for a cocktail reception and thought leadership discussion from 6:30 - 8:30 pm. Come discuss social customer service and engagement, meet others working in this space, share experiences, and trade best practices.
